Ongoing Recognition:

Positive Impact Award (PIA)

The PIA is M9’s peer-nominated spot award. Any employee can nominate a colleague at any time throughout the year for making a meaningful contribution that exceeds the expectations of their role. Nominations must reflect one or more of M9’s Core Values and highlight actions that make a positive, lasting impact.

Quarterly Recognition:

Top Performer

Awarded to one individual each quarter, the Top Performer award honors employees who demonstrate exceptional work ethic, drive measurable results, and make significant contributions to M9’s growth and goals.

Person of the Quarter

This award is presented to two individuals – one billable and one corporate – who consistently embody M9’s nine Core Values in their daily work. Every employee is eligible to receive this award once per year.

Annual Recognition:

Volunteer of the Year

This award recognizes an employee who has gone above and beyond in giving back to the community. Whether through time, talent, or service, recipients make a meaningful impact through their commitment to non-profit organizations and causes. Winners demonstrate exceptional dedication, creativity, cooperation, and leadership in their volunteer efforts.

Rising Star of the Year

Designed to recognize early excellence, this award goes to a corporate employee in their first year at   M9 who has shown exceptional promise, performance, and potential to become a top contributor.

M9 President’s Club

The highest honor in sales achievement, President’s Club is a prestigious annual award that includes a luxury experience (valued at $5,000). It’s reserved for individuals who surpass their defined goals within the fiscal year.

M9’S FULTON AWARD

The Fulton Award is named in honor of M9 Founder and CEO, James McKee’s father, Mr. Robert Fulton McKee. This award reflects the heart of M9: honoring those who lead with integrity, inspire others, and shape the legacy of our company.

This annual award recognizes a single individual’s outstanding achievement and superb contribution to M9’s culture, team, and brand. The recipient receives the Fulton Award Trophy “Stanley-Cup style” for the following year with their name engraved. Awardees are also invited to join M9 leadership on the lavish, all-expenses paid President’s Club trip for two.

M9 Referral Awards Program

PTO

M9 offers three PTO plans based on a combination of years of experience and the security clearance level required for the role. These plans are designed to provide flexibility while recognizing the unique nature of government contracting work.

M9 HOLIDAYS

We observe 8 paid federal holidays and offer up to 3 floating holidays annually, depending on your start date.

401(k)

Our Vanguard 401(k) plan helps employees invest confidently in their future:

  • Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.
  • Company match starts after 180 days of full-time employment.
  • M9 matches:
    • 100% of the first 3% of your compensation per paycheck.
    • 50% of the next 2% of your compensation per paycheck.
  • Company match is immediately yours! No vesting required.
