401(k)

  • Employees become eligible to participate in M9’s 401(k) plan after 90 days of full time employment.
  • Company match of 100% of employee contribution up to 3% of compensation and further company match of 50% of employee contribution up to the next 2% of compensation.

Donation Matching

  • M9 Solutions helps employees contribute to their favorite charities and organizations by matching all qualifying charitable contributions dollar-for- dollar, up to $500, per calendar year.
  • M9 will only match donations to legally valid 501(c)(3) status organizations.
  • Employees become eligible for the matching program after 90 days of full-time employment.

M9 Referral Program

  • Referral bonuses are paid out as follows:
    • Hourly W2
      • $750 Uncleared
      • $1250 Secret, Public Trust, MBI, etc.
      • $2000 top secret TS/SCI
    • Salary W2
      • $1500 Uncleared
      • $2500 Secret, Public Trust, MBI, etc.
      • $4000 TS/SCI
  • Payments are made to the referring party after 90 days (50%) and 180 days (50%) of successful employment of the referred party.
