Bryn Bernstein has been a vital part of M9 Solutions since joining the company in 2020. Beginning her tenure as Human Resources Manager and advancing to Senior Director, Human Resources, Bryn has played a central role in strengthening M9’s people-first culture and supporting the organization’s growth. Her work focuses on fostering employee engagement, promoting professional development, and building collaborative relationships that enable employees and client teams to succeed.

With more than 15 years of professional experience, Bryn brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to Human Resources leadership. She is deeply committed to creating positive employee experiences and aligning HR practices with business objectives to support mission-driven client work. Her background in conflict resolution and organizational psychology allows her to navigate complex workplace challenges with empathy, clarity, and fairness, contributing to strong partnerships and consistent outcomes for both employees and clients.

Bryn holds a master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She also maintains both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, reflecting her dedication to excellence and continued professional development in the field of Human Resources.

Outside of work, Bryn enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Benny. Her balance of professional rigor and personal fulfillment brings a grounded, people-centered perspective to her leadership and to the clients and teams she supports at M9 Solutions.
