Over two decades of experience in the software and ERP consulting business. Prior to founding M9 Solutions, James ran the North American consulting business for Oracle Corporation. James also previously held leadership roles in business development and operations for companies including ServiceSource, Scient Corp., and Renaissance Worldwide.

Chris Vaccaro – EVP/Managing Partner
More than 20 years of IT experience leading complex Sales Organizations, National Account teams, and Industry Practices, including over a decade within the Federal space. Prior to joining M9 Solutions, Chris worked at B2B Workforce beginning in 2004 and was a stabilizing force throughout its acquisition by Vedior in 2007 and Randstad in 2008.

20+ years of experience as a Sales Manager/ Director with a successful proven track record of driving productivity by building and mentoring high performing sales teams and establishing strategic relationships.

Ethel Formichelli – Recruiting Director
Ethel Formichelli began her tenure with M9 Solutions in 2010 as a Technical Recruiter. After six years as a consistently top-performing Recruiter, Ethel was promoted to Operations Manager, where she was instrumental in developing and fine-tuning the core business processes and training programs that form the backbone of M9’s highly efficient and effective recruitment process. In 2018 she became the Recruiting Director, overseeing both the Recruiting and Operations teams.
