M9 is committed to the belief that every voice matters. All decisions are discussed, validated, and agreed upon in a round-table style. Ideas are gathered through weekly polls, surveys, video calls, quarterly meetings, and votes. We ask the questions, welcome the suggestions, LISTEN, and ACT.

Over the past 12 months, we took a holistic look at our Core Values Program, seeking feedback to add 2 values to create the final 9: Curiosity, Integrity, Humility, Work Ethic, Kindness, Competitiveness, Humor, Reliability, Respect. Our quarterly awards program celebrates the efforts, accomplishments, and contributions of our employees through a robust awards program that reflects our 9 Core Values as well as the missions and goals of our company.

At M9, we notice and appreciate the efforts, accomplishments, and contributions of our employees through a robust awards program that reflects the values, missions, and goals of our company.
Positive Impact Award (PIA). The PIA is M9’s spot award program. Any employee can identify, nominate, and recognize their peers at any time throughout the year. The employee contribution must be for an action or accomplishment that is beyond the scope of the employee’s regular day-to-day activities and assignments and ties to one or more of M9’s corporate core values.
Years of Service Award. To celebrate all careers with M9, we recognize employees when they hit specific work anniversaries (1, 3, 5, 10, 15+ years of service) to honor the individual contributions of our employees over time.
Top Performer. The Top Performer award recognizes the accomplishments of our employees with a focus on work ethic, goal achievement, and total contribution to enable company growth. One individual each quarter is eligible to receive the award.
Person of the Quarter. The Person of the Quarter award recognizes one billable and one corporate employee for their overall contribution to M9. To be eligible for award, employees nominated must demonstrate how they embody the nine M9 Core Values in their daily lives. All employees are eligible for this award one time per year.
Volunteer of the Year. The Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes an employee who has gone above and beyond to volunteer their time and talent to make a positive impact on their community at large. For the purposes of this award, volunteering is defined as significant unpaid hours; contributed talents, energy and skills to help non-profit organizations in the community; and demonstration of exceptional commitment, service, creativity, cooperation, and leadership.
Rising Star of the Year. The Rising Star of the Year award recognizes an employee who has recently joined M9 and is on the way to becoming a star performer. All corporate individuals who are in their first year of employment with M9 and who have shown outstanding performance in his/her current position are eligible for award.
M9 President’s Club. President’s Club is M9’s ultimate sales achievement award—a lavish trip ($5,000 value) reserved for those individuals who achieve their predetermined goals during the fiscal year.
M9’S FULTON AWARD
The Fulton Award is named in honor of M9 Founder and CEO, James McKee’s father, Mr. Robert Fulton McKee.
This annual award recognizes a single individual’s outstanding achievement and superb contribution to M9’s culture, team, and brand. To be eligible for award, an individual must already have been selected for the quarterly Person of the Quarter award. The recipient receives the Fulton Trophy for the following year (with the individual’s name engraved) to illustrate to friends, family, and colleagues their outstanding achievement. Awardees are also invited to join M9 leadership on an annual, all-expenses paid trip for two as part of the M9’s President’s Club.
M9 offers three (3) PTO policies determined by years of experience and the clearance level required by the offered position. PTO accruals begin on the first day of employment with M9 Solutions. Employees request PTO through their online benefits account.
M9 recognizes 10 paid federal holidays, outside of PTO: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
All full-time employees will also be able to select one (1) holiday to “float” in addition to M9’s 10 paid federal holidays.
M9 Solutions has partnered with a company called For Us All to manage the administration of our Vanguard 401(k) plan. Employees become eligible to participate in M9’s 401(k) plan after 90 days of full time employment. Company match of 100% of employee contribution up to 3% of compensation and company match of 50% of employee contribution of the next 2% of compensation. No vesting period for company match!
M9 supports your professional development by offering certification reimbursement. M9 will reimburse you for certifications that are relevant to your current position and approved by your M9 Manager.
A comprehensive benefits package is available to all employees. Benefit coverage begins on the 1st of the month following the start date. Full-time employees working over 30 hours per week are eligible to take part in the following benefit programs offered by M9 Solutions:

MATCHING GIFT PROGRAM
M9 wants to help employees make contributions to charities and organizations that matter to them. Each year, M9 will match charitable contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to $500. Please note that we can only match 501(c)(3) status organizations. Employees become eligible for the matching gift program after 90 days of full-time employment.
