Ethel Formichelli

Ethel has been part of M9 since 2010, originally coming on board as a Technical Recruiter. She has been instrumental in developing and fine-tuning the core business processes and training programs that form the backbone of M9’s highly efficient and effective talent acquisition process. She brings over 20 years of experience in various management roles which encompass Human Resources (HR), Recruiting, Sales, and Operations.

Ethel always reviews her calendar early in the morning while drinking her first cup of coffee to make sure she is prepared for the day. Each day is spent working on projects that enhance or refine the operations and culture of M9. She works closely with M9’s Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR teams to ensure collaboration, communication of great ideas, and implementation of thoughtful processes.

Outside of M9, Ethel likes to travel to any warm destination and is an avid beach-goer. Based on Florida’s gulf coast, she loves nothing more than spending time with friends, family, and most of all, her two beautiful daughters, with sandy toes, sun, and a great glass of wine.
