PMO Scrum Master/Project Coordinator

M9 Solutions is seeking a PMO Scrum Master/Project Coordinator to work on a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Cloud tenants/customers to provide overall support and assist in ad-hoc activities.
- Identify strategic gaps and policy improvement opportunities and develop comprehensive and integrated solutions.
- Support the team tracking and reporting to clients on multiple executive priorities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Prioritize and direct multiple high visualization projects across the project.
- Interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups from technical subject matter experts to senior executives.
- Standardize communication practices.
- Develop/maintain communication tools and email frameworks.
- Establish new integrated project teams (IPTs) for all active tenants.
- Capture meeting minutes for tenant IPTs.
- Communicate on and facilitate attendance for Cloud training (Azure, AWS, Kion, etc.).
- Work with Cloud Service Broker (CSB) Roadshow (annual and bi-annual), DICE privilege access request (PAR) processing, IT processing, and Cloud cost management tools management (Kion etc.).
- Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Involved in business process management and automation.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings (tech exchanges, status meetings, user sessions, etc.).
- Serve as the key interface between the users, engineers, and the project manager to gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with respective stakeholders.
- Communicate status, next steps, insights, schedules, etc. with cross-functional team members and management.
- Prepare executive level-briefing materials (e.g., memos, papers, presentations etc.) on a weekly and ad-hoc basis.
- Utilize standard templates to gather information on items going through the process.
- Review and direct development of team products including presentation, meeting minutes, etc.
- Create and maintain CSB – DICE onboarding site information and maintain the single point of entry for leadership requested information (Roadmap, Comms Plan, resource assignments, status, etc.).
- Automate PMO/engineering processes using Confluence, including but not limited to:
- PMO Intake form and other aspects of onboarding process.
- Tenant requests, i.e., Software transfer, IAM role custom requests; etc.
- Engineering processes, i.e., AWS services requests for approval; etc.
- Provide requirements Management support:
- Conduct outreach support to brief on Cloud offerings.
- Conduct outreach support to collect Cloud requirements (to incorporate into existing Service Offerings or potential future CSP offerings).
- Facilitate requests submissions to Cloud sponsor via designated process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
- An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4-6+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence in particular).
- Experience with Agile development practices.
- Proven experience delivering business intelligence solutions.
- Experience in policy and governance and project management practices with process automation experience on a large government contract. Experience standing up and/or iterating on large scale processes.
- Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team.
- Ability to directly work in a fast-paced environment and integrate across the projects workstream.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and modeling skills.
- Negotiation skills, stakeholder management, user involvement skills.
- Ability to work with multiple different personality types while managing workload within a fast paced, energetic, and dynamic workplace.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in an Intelligence Community and/or Cloud environment.
- Experience working with a Cloud cost management tool.
- Experience working on developing and maintaining content to publish to a web site.
